A modern Japanese weekend

Yoyogi Park on a sunny day, taken by the Ash-man

What did you do on the weekend?

Um, er, i slept. I worked on sat, and slept all sunday. Except for 5 hours when i got up for a pizza and a movie. Oh, i made plans, stacks of them! There was the fertility festival at Kawasaki, which the Bean informed me of, and i was on the verge of calling her to meet up (sorry Beanie), and i had already invited the Indigo Girl… but i couldnt make it out of bed. And Ms. Pixie was off to a Hanami party… but no amount of boppy, motivating music could quite shift my butt into the shower. I think that Harukaze was on too… And it was such a beautiful day, the first really warm sunshiny day, but it wasnt enough to tempt me out the door.

Im all relaxed today. Ready for a new week, and a birthday weekend, here it comes!!!
