Okutama The sunshine is more fleeting and the rain more frequent. The heat withdraws to the core and the outside grows cold, dies a little, falls away. a very natural process I’m told. It seems to have come late this year. I have a case of the Autumn Sleepies. Its like the earthquakes knocked everything down onto me, i cant get up, cant get moving, cant get out of the house. After careful observation and research of the Spring Sleepies, i think its something to do with the range of temperatures in a day, and how hard it is to adjust quickly, combined with the short daylight hours, combined with the urge to hibernate under such conditions.
