The sunshine is more fleeting and the rain more frequent. The heat withdraws to the core and the outside grows cold, dies a little, falls away. a very natural process I’m told. It seems to have come late this year.

I have a case of the Autumn Sleepies. Its like the earthquakes knocked everything down onto me, i cant get up, cant get moving, cant get out of the house. After careful observation and research of the Spring Sleepies, i think its something to do with the range of temperatures in a day, and how hard it is to adjust quickly, combined with the short daylight hours, combined with the urge to hibernate under such conditions. Ill probably be over it soon, but these cold days will deepen and stay for a while.
