Finished! Fabulous! Many thanks to Okaasan for the hospitality, food and childcare, to Tanaka-sensei for guiding us thru the process and preparing everything - and for being endlessly patient - and also to Aki for organising this and planting the idea. A big hug to Tracey for coming along with me!

Tanaka-sensei was constantly laughing at my apparant lack of dexterity..  perhaps too much time on the computer and keitai have made my other digital (sic) skills go rusty.

At least my finished efforts have proven once and for all that I do have opposable thumbs!!!  http://www.marshmallowspikers.net/images/smileys/smile.gif
