I read this article on Fast Company about the different generational values and how they affect working styles and motivation. I was struck by how relevant this is to young Japanese people, the Freeters, I wouldnt have expected it to carry over quite this far. I thought the comments were pretty interesting too, many of the commenters have a very prejudiced view of young people.
