Have i already told you that i really love what im studying?

Back in Tokyo I had a bit of an idea about what mediation was, and its underlying principals and values. I had a friend who had worked as a mediator, and I knew I wanted to do something counselling-related, but mediation seemed a better fit. I liked the idea that the mediator provided a framework and channeled empowered actions, rather than generated outcomes for people. And I liked the idea of doing local peacework.

it’s all very fasincating and i very much enjoy reading about your studies and thoughts and theories.

if you ever need a case study - you’re free to study my company. i really didn’t expect that running a business with and in another culture would provide so many different and challenging situations. naive, but an interesting life experience nonetheless.

good luck with your dreams. sounds like a fabulous plan.

Yes the King wants to read more.  Also would like to read some of what you’ve written, especially the stuff you feel most proud of.  Thanks for the tip on Bridging Cultural Conflicts.  Got some going most of the time at home, don’t you know.

Well, thank you for your support. Unfortunately and embarrasingly, i have no work so far that i am proud of. But i will make an effort to post more about what im currently looking at, and also to get far enough ahead that i will be able to write something i will be proud of. And then I’ll post that. Promise.
