Yum!

Pumpkin is so cheap right now, i couldnt resist buying a whole one (tho i regretted having to carry it all the way home from Yokohama). The question is now; what to do with it??? Well im off to Akira and Jean-Francois housewarming tonight, so i thought id try an experiment to take with me!

Ive chopped it up into sixths and now its roasting in the oven. When its almost done im going to take a couple of small scoops out of the middle of each one and spoon in some thick bechamel sauce with mushrooms, top it with cheese and spices and roast it a little more to finish it off.

Next question, how will i carry this?

UPDATE: It was goooooood! You might want to try steaming the pumpkin rather than roasting it, for more moistness.
