pencil and paperCategories: Life in progress Conflict management
Ive been neglecting my blog lately. Im a bad girl.
My goal is to write something every day, but im just not feeling the electronic medium at the moment.
And for the writing i
doing, the medium is pencil and paper.
One of the things im trying to write is directions for the future.
When really, I *should* be writing out job applications.
Especially because I cant write those directions out by myself, i need some consultation with the Faraway Boy.
And that means just two weeks wait. Im excited!
So today, im going to slack off a bit and instead direct you to Arumanda Sees Red, where we have had a great conversation about what kinds of reactions and emotions people experience after their house has been broken into and things have been stolen, and restorative justice within this context. Its been very interesting. The story started here, and continued here, and now, several months later, is being concluded here.

There is one advantage of pen and paper - it doesn’t freeze up on you at the most impropriate moments and you can’t suddenly lose what you have already written (unless you lose the paper!).
