Ive had this question a lot, from both people i know and some i dont. The answer is, of course, “Conflict management.”
The response to the answer is some form of either:
“What’s that?” (about 10%)
“Ha, better you than me!” (about 20%)
“Really? I/We’ve got a conflict you can manage over here!” (70%)
I have no fears about my job prospects in the future!
