Whyalla

I had a bit of work today in Whyalla, at the Uni and hospital.
It was HOT.
Sitting in the general waiting room with the girls on one of the breaks and these two older bushie blokes walked in: singlet, stubbies, thongs, all they were missing were their hats. They only sat down for a moment and then the young doctor called them in almost straight away.
“Do you want to come in together or separately?” asked the doctor?
They looked at each other and hesitated slightly, but both went in. As he passed, the second guy looked at us all, grinned and whispered confidentially “We’re going to see if we’re pregnant.”

I’m quite sure he could hear us laughing in the doctor’s room!
