Yep, chopped lots of it off. You’ll be surprised when you see me next! And it was a home-job too! I think I’m converted!

Over the years, I’ve gotten better at letting go and leaving the past behind. Cutting off this much hair feels something like cutting off this much of my past, letting it go, but even more than the letting go, I feel like I’m getting ready for new to come, making room for it. Now I can really start growing again!

Yura-yura is a Japanese onomatopoetic word that refers to the sensation of instability or rocking that comes from a being in a small earthquake. I kinda feel like this at the moment; balanced in the thin, changeable present, very much in love with so many of the wonderful people around me, and with this endless city that flickers constantly between ugly and beautiful, and with how changeable everything is. I feel like im floating…

...but its probably just lightheadedness caused by a sudden shortage of hair!

  as for the drugs, 10 minutes may be stretching it a bit. I guess if you mixed it with the appropriate diet and intensive physical exercise… it may work…
