Relax, close your eyes and inhale the aromas while letting the steam to bathe your skin. Roman chamomile, rose, sandalwood, frankincense and helichrysum are precious and expensive oils, so I prefer to use those topically for maximum benefit, however, I particularly LOVE the scent of the chamomile so do use a drop or so of that. Bloglovin You will notice that the recipes I've come up with below only include fresh ingredients, lipid oils aka carrier oils won't benefit the steaming process, but they can certainly join in before or after the cleansing. Whatever you have on hand will do, but mint, basil and rosemary are particularly refreshing and astringent.

Both rose and chamomile are great for smoothing fine lines and wrinkles and taking care of under-eye puffiness. Pin It on Pinterest.
